Videography
Sunset Drive
Mohali & Khando take Braeben Golf Course for the Sunset Drive music video. We only had an iPhone, a green fee & a golf cart (the total cost of the video was $75).
It was funny because it was raining while we were on the way to the course so it was like "Ahhh the video plan is ruined because we won't catch the sunset." So we started playing the course in the rain and by the 4th hole it began to clear up, which is when we had the ideal moment to catch the perfect clips.
Shoutout to my brother Ibrahim for chopping it up in the studio and putting together the final cut. It wouldn't have been possible without him.
The Heist
My first attempt at a music video on an unreleased track. This was during the COVID semester when I did all my classes from back home in Dubai, UAE.
It was a fun one as it was all done in one take. I had a sudden urge to film a music video one night, enlisting the help of my sister to record me.
We used an iPhone and a selfie stick to record and stabilize the footage. At the end of the video, I drove off into the distance and I thought it was the perfect way to end it. The recording was done as quickly as I entered and left the video LMAO.
IB Project - ITGS @ JESS
For my final ITGS project (Information Technology in a Global Society) in IB, I decided to take a creative route and showcase "A Day In The Life of a Sixth Former."
With a professional camera & a tripod, this was my first attempt at trying to record a *somewhat* professional video with creative angles, cuts and transitions.
